I love finding pictures that perfectly capture my characters! In this particular picture it’s not just the fact my characters spend a lot of time at the lake 🙂 but I love the playfulness. It’s so fitting! For characters I don’t typically use pictures as part of the writing process but when I spot perfect shots I get excited. Occasionally I will base clothing ideas or locations off of a cool picture when I need minor details to focus on.
Do you use pictures when writing? Where do you find inspiration?
I’m having trouble deciding something very important!
In my newest WIP (work in progress) my hero has two tattoos. I have a few ideas but would love to hear from you guys 🙂
Two questions: What kind of tattoo do you think is hot on a guy (ex: quote, symbol, animal, object, etc) and Where do you like tattoos to be (shoulder, chest, arm, back, etc). Btw, my male main character is a 20 year-old college student, if that helps. If you have any places I should look (like a good pinterest board or tumblr) let me know!
Here’s a picture recently sent to me by a friend. She’s been doing some Pinterest scavenger hunting for me and found this. Yum. 😉
How cute is this?!? This adorable mug was a gift from one of my sweet students. What’s even cuter is my class is the “Owl” class so this cup will always remind me of my little owlet. Say it with me…awwwww. What a thoughtful gift! So am I the only one who has never put this much thought into a teacher appreciation gift?
What’s the most thoughtful gift you’ve received?
